From an intimate group of 10 through to as many as 90, The Grounds Estate can accommodate events in varying sizes and styles. The versatility of both our outdoor / garden space and our indoor function building means we can create an environment that’s welcoming for a small group and just as comfortable for a packed house.
Ensure your business function is smooth and sophisticated with our state of the art audio capabilities. Take advantage of our ceiling mounted surround sound system and wireless microphone. The sound engineered space will ensure no outside distractions or echoing, making it suitable for quiet meetings or celebrations.

Through our wonderful team at The Makki Group, we offer full event planning services to individuals or businesses on the Gold Coast and interstate; we can tailor an event, tour or retreat to your needs.
Alternatively, If you have your own event coordinator and suppliers and are just looking for the right place to create your next event The Grounds can be 'dry hired' and can be hired simply as a blank venue, or we can add any individual inclusions from equipment to catering right up to full service event planning through our corporate packages.

Coast with their iconic restaurants. We’re excited to have this team on board as our catering and beverage partner; offering a
range of bespoke fine dining menus ranging from classic dining and canapés through to the signature feasting tables.
From The Land
Keep an eye on the Ridgeway menus for Grounds home grown ingredients. From season to season, you might see bush lemons, oranges, blood oranges, peaches, blueberries and other produce grown in the South East Queensland region, including the Grounds Rosemary.
