Feasting Style Dining
Enjoy a deluxe feasting table, including several courses of fine dining laid out in beautiful tiered displays on each table that can be shared amongst your guests. Delicious food aside, this dining style allows you to cater to all appetites and tastes with each individual being able to graze and choose menu items as they please. Another great bonus is the beautiful display of food adorning the centers of your tables.
Plated Menu
For a classically elegant evening, we offer a variety of meals that can be served to guests alternately with delicious sides, starters and petit fours to finish. No matter your guests food preferences or tolerances, we’ve got the menus to suit.
Imagine Beef carpaccio, quail egg, fried capers, balsamic jelly, red vein sorrel to start, followed by Confit Bangalow pork belly, Asian slaw, seeded mustard jus, finished off with a vanilla bean panna cotta. YUM!

Whether it’s a few light bites to start your event off, or if you want to create a relaxed dining offer, your guests can enjoy a casual standing style event with Ridgeway's delicious canapes.
